          Rosemary M. McAndrew, CPCU, CIC, CRM, AAM, is principal of McAndrew Risk Management, Inc. in Boston, MA. Previously she was with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin in Boston, MA. She has 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Tillinghast, McAndrew was director of operations and quality control manager for a regional insurance broker and third party administrator, where she provided technical expertise in alternative risk financing, workers compensation cost management, and analysis of coverage adequacy. Prior to that, she managed underwriting of property-casualty personal and commercial lines and financial services products for an insurance agency. She speaks on various alternative risk transfer topics to audiences across the country.
